Looking upstream and downstream for your current customers, what can you offer them in additional services that won't have a huge impact on our business.
For example, this winter we're considering offering a courier service using our box trucks.
We already have everything we need including straps, rails, lift gates, and trucks. The only thing we need is different insurance, which we're currently exploring.
It may seem cost prohibitive, but if we spend 5% to gain 95%, that's pretty interesting.
