I had the company visualized from day one — camo pants, beanies, the whole damn look. So when that first box of branded gear showed up? Fire. We had beanies, ball caps, sweatshirts, coats — everyone in uniform. That didn’t happen by accident.
It came from constant visualization.
Now we’ve got new folks showing up. One of 'em didn’t have a Camo Crew coat. That pissed me off. Why? Because it didn’t match the vision. And when things don’t match, they don’t last.
Gear, people, process — everything gets filtered through the vision.
Aligned? Double down.
Off-course? Cut fast.
That’s how you go from an idea in your head to a culture that wears it on their sleeves.
