Processes are essential to a businesses success
If you don’t have your processes nailed down because you’re just starting your business and things are slow, that is the perfect time to start making them.
Like my good friend Casey Bubba Lawrence said in one of our podcast:
“You’ve got processes or you don't. There is no better time than when you’re slow, this is when you get started.”
