Named Marine Corps Base Kaneohe Bay Military Spouse of the Year 2019 and MCAS Miramar Military Spouse of the Year 2021, Michelle is a virtual assistant by trade and a military spouse by love. Her husband Sean is an MV-22 pilot in the Marine Corps. Through multiple relocations and deployments, Michelle built a vibrant, thriving independent virtual assistant business that became the foundation for Squared Away. Squared Away is a team of 400+ remote executive assistants that is composed almost entirely of military spouses. Her own experience as a military spouse gives her unique insight into the multitude of challenges facing other military spouses who want to have a career of their own. Currently based out of San Diego, California, this is Michelle's 5th duty station in her 10 years of marriage. In her spare time, she is also living life dangerously as a boy mom to Sawyer, 7, and Jameson, 4.
