Charlie Dolan and Brian Dolan are two-time founders and President and CEO of DSQ Technology.

Their goal is to make waste easier to manage for brokers, haulers and everyone in between. Charlie and Brian’s matter-of-fact approach to technology in the hauling industry is based on their belief that reducing manual work helps haulers scale their businesses and make more money.

Before launching DSQ Technology, Charlie and Brian owned a waste brokerage company where they learned many lessons–not always the easy way. Over the past decade, their team has used this trial-and-error approach to create waste management technology that is easy to apply, easy to use and easy to scale.
